When Counter Strike first came out, it was released as a game mode for Half-Life. Afterwards, Valve released Counter Strike as a standalone game. On June 19, 1999, the first public beta version of Counter-Strike was released. With Valve involved, updates that required significant changes to the game engine became possible. In Counter-Strike 1.1, a brand new spectator mode was introduced. In Counter-Strike 1.3, voice communication was added to the game. Anti-cheat technology was included with 1.4 version. Counter-Strike 1.5, culminated all these new features. It was released on June 12, 2002.

In October 2002, it was announced that Counter-Strike 1.6 would be released on Steam. This was a huge news at the time, because Valve was trying to attract some attention to its new “online” store.

The Counter Strike series later continued with various games such as Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source and the newest in the series, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO), developed by Valve Corporation and Hidden Path Entertainment, was released to the public on August 12, 2011. CS:GO, which is currently the most played Counter-Strike game, hosts 600-700 thousand players per month.

Perhaps the most important announcement, made during the event, was about Far Cry 6. A series of exciting information about the highly anticipated game has been shared with fans. Far Cry 6 will be releasing on October 7. The Season Pass of the game will let you play the villains of the previous games, like Vaas and Pagan Min. A short cinematic video was also published, that focused on Anton Castillo, the main villain.

Rainbow Six Franchise

The first trailer and gameplay video of Rainbow Six: Extraction, was shared with the fans. The new game will have some similar mechanics to Rainbow Six Siege, but will play like a tactical version of Left 4 Dead.

Ubisoft also had some news for Rainbow Six Siege fans. A new operator named Thunderbird is coming to the game. There is a new story trailer centered around her.

Ubisoft also announced that cross-play and cross-progression would be comming to the game. This feature will come to PC, Luna and Stadia first. PlayStation and Xbox consoles, will get it sometime in 2022.

Ubisoft announced a trailer and release date of the Riders Republic. This game brings together a lot of extreme sports together. As seen from the trailer, there is going to be a lot of exiting and action packed moments. Riders Republic will be available on 2nd of September.

Previously, we have witnessed that the data of important game companies such as Capcom and CD Project Red were stolen. The same thing happened in the CD Project Red data theft; the hackers put up all the data for sale along with the source codes they got from the theft. Hackers state that they stole about 780 GB of data. The hackers claimed that others will be able to access the data for sale through pirate forums. Also explaining to the hacker forums, the hackers said, “You have full capacity to take advantage of all EA services.”

The statement made by EA worker Motherboard on this situation;

No player data was accessed, and we have no reason to believe there is any risk to player privacy. Following the incident, we’ve already made security improvements and do not expect an impact on our games or our business. We are actively working with law enforcement officials and other experts as part of this ongoing criminal investigation.

The hackers also posted a small screenshot, claiming to show their access to EA data. But they did not publicly distribute any of the internal data. The hackers shared a post with the note “Only serious and reputation members all other would be ignored.”

While the source codes of FIFA 21 have already been put up for sale on the forums, it was stated that hackers also accessed the game engines. Electronic Arts, creator of video games like Madden NFL, has added another data breach involving the Frostbite engine that powers games like Battlefield.

A Brief Review of Sangal Esports vs. Sinners

First Map – Inferno:

The first map of the Sangal vs Sinners match was the Inferno map chosen by Sangal. Turkish representative Sangal performed poorly in the first half of the match.
